This Privacy Policy explains how Bunyod Tusmatov (“TalimConnect”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the TalimConnect mobile application (the “App”).

TalimConnect is a communication platform that connects educational institutions (administrators), teachers, and parents at private and after-school schools. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Who is responsible for your data

TalimConnect is provided to schools on a per-institution basis.

• The educational institution you are associated with (your school) decides what student and member information is recorded and is the data controller for that information.
• Bunyod Tusmat operates the App and the underlying infrastructure and acts as a data processor / service provider on behalf of those institutions, and as a controller for account and operational data.

If you have questions about a specific student record, please also contact your institution directly.

2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the App. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

a) Account and profile information

• Email address and password (used to create and secure your account; passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider).
• Phone number (optional, used for account contact and identification within your institution).
• Full name and preferred language.
• Role and institution membership (e.g. administrator, teacher, or parent at a given school).

b) Information you create or that schools record

• Student records entered by school staff: student name, date of birth, class enrollment, and attendance status (present / absent / late).
